Dale would
like to honor the autograph requests from all his fans. Because of the number of requests, it was
necessary to revise the guidelines. Please respect and follow the revised guidelines
below.
Please also note that due to
the volume of incoming mail, items do occasionally become separated from their
envelopes or packaging. There are also occasions when mail does not make it to
its destination. We cannot be responsible for lost, missing, or unreturned
items. Also, we cannot be responsible
for items sent to us without return postage and packaging.
- There is a $10
handling fee to process requests for any items other than trading
cards or photos mailed in flat envelopes. This is in addition to the required return shipping fee or postage
and must be included with your item when we receive it. Please include
your name, address, phone number and email address with your $10 handling
fee. Acceptable forms of payment
are cash, check, money order, VISA, Discover, and MasterCard. If paying by
credit card, include the expiration date and the name as it is on your
card.
- If you send a diecast to be autographed, please remove it from its
packaging, and send it to us wrapped in bubble wrap or some other
protective packaging. Otherwise, Dale will autograph the box it comes in.
- Limit your requests to one item per year per person. Please do not send more than one
request in a package. Any more
than one item per person per year will be returned unsigned.
- Dale Jarrett will only sign officially licensed items. Unlicensed items will be returned without Dale's autograph.
- In order for us to return your item, include an
addressed, stamped package or a return shipping label. If you use a postal
strip issued by the post office for return postage, make sure it is NOT
dated. Stamps are preferable over postal strips. Please take into
consideration the increase in postal rates. If you do not include
a return shipping method, your item will not be returned. Of course,
we prefer to ship return packages via UPS.
- If you send in an item to be autographed for a
fundraising or special event, please allow
plenty of time to process your request. We cannot guarantee that any
wish will be filled by a certain deadline, however.

Autograph requests can take up to 12
months. Please be patient.
