Lane) offers a way for us to say thanks to you. Repeat customers earn credit
back on future purchases in our FREE Fast Lane program. Customers in the Super
Fast Lane membership program enjoy even greater benefits.
● FAST
LANE PROGRAM ●
What is it? ALL customers of www.DaleJarrett.com's online store and the
Dale Jarrett, Inc. retail store in Newton, NC accumulate points for EVERY ITEM
purchased. That includes racing items, fan club memberships, NFL items, and
college team items – ANYTHING IN OUR STORE – online or in our
How do I accumulate Fast Lane
points? All customers earn one point for every $100 spent on merchandise or on Fan
Club and Super Fast Lane memberships. Credit is NOT earned for tax, shipping,
or any special handling charges. Points add up automatically in each customer’s
account.
Is it important to place orders
always using the same customer/account name and number? YES - It is important to
use the same account name (same customer number) each time you purchase from us
so all your points accumulate in one account. For example, always use “John
Smith” when you order instead of any variations of the name like John W. Smith,
Johnny Smith, J. Smith, etc. Points
from different accounts cannot be combined.
What if I place an order, but
have it shipped to someone else? If you purchase items that are shipped to a
different address (hence, a different account) credit is applied to the
purchaser’s account, not the recipient’s.
Can I transfer my points to
someone else? Points are not transferable to another person or to another account.
How can I find out how many
points I have? Just email or call us to find out if you have usable points towards an
order. If points are available, we will automatically apply them to your
purchase.
What are my points worth? For every point you
accumulate, you earn $10 off a future purchase.
How do I redeem my Fast Lane
points? Each time you earn one point, $10 will be deducted automatically from your
next purchase in the same account.
Will my points expire? At this time, there is no
expiration date on points earned in the Fast Lane.
How do I join the Fast Lane? Enrollment is automatic.
Online customers are enrolled in the Fast Lane with their first
order. Walk-in customers just need to give the store attendant
their name, address, and phone number to set up an account.
How much does it cost to join the
Fast Lane? IT’S FREE --- There is no charge to join the Fast Lane.
● SUPER
FAST LANE PROGRAM ●
What is the Super Fast Lane
(SFL)? This is an optional buyer’s incentive program. The fee is $25 for a 12
month subscription. It offers the benefits of the Fast Lane plus the
following:
1. A reserved armband & spot at the front of the line
at any driver appearance at Dale Jarrett, Inc. in Newton, NC or any DJ Fan Club
event if you call ahead
2. 10% discount on any items not already
reduced
3. Free STANDARD Shipping on
Wednesday orders
4. BONUS items when certain point
levels are achieved: BONUS 1 @ 5 points = $50 SHOPPING SPREE
/ BONUS 2 @ 8 points = Diecast of choice from our current
inventory up to $80 value. Bonus items must be collected before
membership expires.

How much does it cost to join the
Super Fast Lane program? The cost is $25.00 for twelve months. Renewal notices
will be sent upon expiration.
Will credit earned towards the
SFL rewards expire? You must renew membership in the SFL program to
continue to receive SFL benefits. If you do not renew within 30 days of your
expiration date, your SFL points and credit are reset to 0. If you renew within
the valid period, you retain your accumulated SFL credit and continue to add to
your total. The bonus items are only awarded one time after their respective
levels are reached regardless of whether or not membership is renewed year to
year. Bonus items must be collected before membership expires.
How do I join or renew the SFL? Call us toll free. Mail
or fax us. Send us your name, address, phone #, email address and payment
method. Purchase online by clicking

How are benefits applied and how
do I collect my bonus level items? We will automatically apply the
10% discount to qualifying items on all your orders or in-store purchases. We
will notify you when you’ve reached the bonus levels. We will automatically
give you free ground shipping on any order you place on a Wednesday. We will
notify you of upcoming drawings for special opportunities such as tickets to
the Bristol races. We will post news on our website of special events @ Dale
Jarrett, Inc. and send emails ahead of time to announce any driver appearances
scheduled @ Dale Jarrett, Inc. SFL customers will only need to call ahead to
reserve an armband and a place at the front of the line to meet that driver.
Can I transfer accumulated points
to another account? Sorry, but points are not transferable to another account
nor can they be combined with another account’s. This is one reason why it is
so important to always use the exact same account name each time you purchase
from us so that all your points go into one account. .
●OTHER
PROGRAM POLICIES AND NOTES●
-Sales Policy states, “All orders

-Items returned in an exchange
deduct points credit from your account.
-Order totals seen online MAY NOT
reflect the additional discounts and credits you may receive as part of the
