AVAILABILITY: May be limited on some items. We do our best to
keep your favorite items in stock. We also make every effort to keep the items
posted on www.dalejarrett.com current. However, there are times when items sell
out and more orders are received for those items before we’ve had a chance to
remove them from the website. We do not backorder items. If you order an item
that is temporarily sold out at the time you place your order and it does not come
back into inventory before your order leaves our warehouse, then that item will
be cancelled from your order.
DIECAST PRE-ORDER POLICY: When
ordering any diecast that is a "pre-order," you must place a separate
order for each different type of diecast and a separate order for all
other merchandise. Each order will
have its own shipping/handling charges. We reserve the right to separate
diecast preorders into individual orders. The diecast have different estimated
due dates which are not guaranteed arrival dates. We will not hold items ready
to ship for other items due at later dates.
IF different diecast happen to arrive at our warehouse at the same time,
we will make every effort to ship your separate orders together, thereby saving
on your shipping cost, but we cannot guarantee this.
PRICING: Prices previously quoted in brochures, on our website,
over the phone, or in our store may no longer be valid. While we make every
effort to ensure the accuracy of information presented in any media, an
occasional error may occur. We reserve the right to make corrections and
apologize for any inconvenience.
ADVERTISING POLICY: Prices, item designs, and colors are subject
to change without prior notice. Sometimes, the product shown is an artist’s
rendering and the actual product may differ from the illustration, including
color. Due to advertising deadlines, quantities may be limited and images may
differ from items actually produced. Dale Jarrett, Inc. will not be held
responsible for any typographical errors that may result from catalogs, flyers,
or any other promotional materials including print or electronic media.
EXCHANGE / REFUND POLICY: No refunds. Only merchandise that is
damaged or shipped in error can be returned within 30 days of shipping.
Exchanges are allowed only within 30 days of purchase with sales receipt.
Simply return your item to us with a copy of the sales receipt and an
explanation of why you are requesting the exchange. Customer is responsible for
all return shipping charges and price differences for exchanges. We will not
accept exchanges for worn clothing or used merchandise.
PAYMENT POLICY: Orders paid by check require an extra 10 business
days to process. For quicker check processing, include your driver's license #,
state of license registration, name, birthdate, address, and phone #. With this
information, we can verify payment without the ten day waiting period and ship
your order sooner. Orders paid with a money order can be shipped right away.
Accepted credit cards are Visa, Discover, and MasterCard. Canadian orders must
be paid by credit card. Checks and money orders on Canadian banks are not
allowed. Failure to provide complete and accurate credit card information
(including expiration date and name on card) may result in the customer's order
not being processed or being cancelled without notice. Credit cards that are
rejected during processing may result in the customer's entire order being
cancelled without notice. Orders may be replaced only after authorization of
the credit card transaction is received, provided stock is still available.
DISCOUNTS: Unless noted otherwise, discount and/or buyer
incentive programs do not apply to items already marked down (NFD-No Further
Discount.)
ORDER REQUIREMENTS: Orders shipped within North Carolina incur a
sales tax. All on-line, phone, fax, and mail orders require a $20.00 minimum
purchase for shipping. Canadian orders must be paid by credit card. Customers
are responsible for all duties, taxes, or other related international fees.
SHIPPING / DELIVERY POLICY: The general length of time it takes
for an order to leave our warehouse is 1-3 business days. Orders are shipped
via UPS Ground unless an alternative method is required. For UPS shipments, if
you provide an email address when you place your order, you will receive an
email notification when your package is shipped that tells you the tracking #
and expected delivery date. Larger or bulkier items incur additional shipping
charges as indicated. At this time, we can only ship orders within the United
States and Canada. Customer is responsible for any and all additional duties
and taxes. Orders shipped to Canada incur an extra $10.00 shipping/handling
charge above the domestic US shipping schedule.
